Impactirr (pronounced as impacter) is an enterprise that develops high impact scalable solutions for the ESG (environmental, social and governance) themes. These are:

Acting as a self-starting catalyst and using a systems-thinking approach with multiple stakeholders, Impactirr creates and implements transformative initiatives to deliver on its stated goals, addressing global systemic issues. It does so using a unique blend of the following three toolkits:

Our Name: Impact + IRR (pronounced as Impacter)

IMPACTIRR derives its name from concatenating "Impact" and "IRR" (internal rate of return, the finance parlance for return on investment).

It is our belief that public and private markets can find ways to deliver high-impact solutions and significant capital returns through innovative structures and financial models.

There are numerous ways to deliver impact on multiple levels without compromising on financial returns. The key is to create a blended finance strategy that matches the risk profile of each element of the project with the appropriate investor. In doing so both public and private sectors are able to collaborate to deliver greater environmental and public good.
